I'm slightly doubling up a message I sent to Colin in the ED Affiliates group.

My measurements this morning were - weight unchanged and inches down 1/2 inch in total but with pleasing regular 1/8 here and there where I want to be losing it.

I was feeling frustrated with the lack of weight loss until I looked back over my measurements since I started this new programme on 17th September. I was down at 72 kg within 2 weeks - by 1 October. And I've been there (or a little above) ever since. BUT since then I have lost almost 8 inches in total (or over 6 1/2 using the 30 in 30 measurements).

Is it time to throw out my bathroom scales?

thanks guys. I went to a lunch today, wearing my favourite new dress, it is a wrap around which slightly defeats the object but I bought it a month or so ago. Seemed sensible back than to be buying something that could get smaller with me. I had so many compliments at the lunch it was just great. It's not just in the workout lycra shorts and t-shirt that the results are showing. It also really encouraged me to stay on the water and stick to my new motto "Eat to feed. Don't eat for greed"
