I am back from a weekend wedding. It was very difficult with the food situation. The first night we went out to eat and I was able to order salmon, vegetables, and a salad. The next morning I grabbed some hard boiled eggs and had chicken salad for lunch. That evening at the reception though there was nothing to eat. They actually served lasagna and some pasta with alfredo. There was salad and some burnt vegetables and luckily some nuts at the table but was at least hoping for chicken. Was pretty starved by yesterday and found salad on the way home with chicken again. I did my workouts, danced a lot, and swam. My weight is down but my inches were the same. Can't wait to see what is next.
