Day 30 (July 21, 2009) of the Challenge!
Ok guys - “D” Day!!!
I woke up at 5:30 am and walked to the gym (2 miles - 40 minutes) and took care of my first workout which is my FAVORITE workout. It went good. I really am starting to love this workout!! Quick shower and walked to work (1 mile - 17 minutes).
For breakfast I had hot lemon water and veggie broth. Yep - Fast day!!!

Day 29 (July 20, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today I woke up feeling good! I slept great. I really enjoyed my spa day yesterday!! Today is body weight day!! Yay!!
I woke up today at 5:00 am. I walked to the gym (2 miles 45 min). I took care of work out no.1. Challenging but I am improving! I took a quick shower and then walked to work - (1 mile - 20 min).

Day 26 (July 17, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today I woke up soooo sore. I slept great but my shoulders and arms are sooo sore in places I didn’t even know could get sore. AWESOME!!!

Day 24 (July 15, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today I woke up feeling good! I slept great. I woke up today at 5:00 am. I walked to the gym (2 miles 45 min). I banged out work out no.1. It was great as I totally met my daily goals for this workout. I took a quick shower and then walked to work - (1 mile - 20 min).

Today was basically a repeat of yesterday. I woke up today at 9:00 am feeling great!!

Today is a great day. SHOW TIME!!!
I’ll keep this brief as I have a super busy day!

Day 19 (July 10, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today I feel so much better! I slept like a log. I didn’t wake up until 7:30 am. Man did I have to hustle. Especially since I have to be at work by 8:00. Got dressed quick and had my boyfriend drive me to work.

Day 18 (July 9, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today I am exhausted. Didn’t sleep so well. I guess I really am getting nervous. The director told me they were almost sold out of tickets. That means over 700 people. Holy cow!! We are also going to tape a video, get a photo shoot in on the same day of the show!! I’ve got to try to quiet this mind of mine at night so I can sleep better.

Day 17 (July 8, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today I feel great. Slept better last night. I woke up around 5:30 am and did my first workout. I love love this workout. It’s not timed and I get to really take my time through the moves and enjoy the work. I went up a little bit with the weight. It was a challenge but I met my goal.

Day 16 (July 7, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today I feel good but exhausted. I woke up around 6:30 am and did my first workout. I did good time-wise but fell a little short for the goal I set myself for this morning.
After my workout, I did a little bit of stretching. I was running out of time so no Yoga or visualization.

Day 14 (July 5, 2009) of the Challenge!

Today is a great day. HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!

Day 12 (July 3, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today was a great day. I actually got today off. Yay!!! I woke up feeling great. As soon as I woke up (which was around 9:30 am- that was nice), I did my workout. It was spectacular. I was a little sore but felt great.

Day 11 (July 2, 2009) of the Challenge!
Today was a really, really, great day. Stay tuned and read further down as to why (wink wink). I woke up feeling great again. I woke up around 5:30 am, did a little bit of yoga to get me started and energized. I had a nice walk to work even though I was rained on (surprise, surprise). I had my breakfast at 7:30 at work. 1 grilled chicken breast and veggie broth soup. So far it seems to work for me especially with this heat and humidity! Go figure!
