Hi & thanks for your comments. My advice is to introduce one or two things at a time. otherwise, how will you know what works for you? For the rhodiola, I would recommend opting for the tincture or droplet form over & above the tablets. It is wor…

Reasons Fat Loss Fails

Hi All,

I am the Weight Loss Programme Co-ordinator at Dax's studios in London.

We are just about to launch our latest, improved version of our 6 week weight loss programme in time for summer - the BEACH BODY BLITZ & wanted to get some of your feedback

We know the elimination diet works, we know our exercises work. But we really want to hear your stories & opinions as to why you fall off that weigh loss wagon.

Is it lack of support from friends?

Is it confusing information?

was it… Continue

No (credit) crunch in the diet industry

Millions of people all around the world are on a "diet" right now.

Many of whom will have started this as a New Year's resolution or goal. Unfortunately, most people will have already fallen off their chosen diet wagon by now.

Why?

Is it the plethora of information, each source offering us THE only true way to lose weight?

If there was one definitive diet book out there, then surely all the other books would be obsolete?
Instead, the weight loss industry is a multiple billion dollar industry… Continue

Hi, any advice for me? One day into the diet I had to break it by taking 2 toxic painkillers (Voltaren). This is because I got my period and in recent years I've had to rely on a dose of Ibuprofen or similar to get me through what is otherwise more than 24 hours of complete agony, to the point where I can't work or do anything. Without painkillers I even have vomited from the pain. I've tried all the more natural remedies, nothings works; my doctor said that with my very high activity levels short painful periods can be common. The only times I didn't have this kind of pain was when I wasn't ovulating due to a combination of low bodyfat and heavy training. That's also a reason I wanted to try this Elimination Diet, to see if I could lower my bodyfat without the calorie cutting which in recent months almost immediately results in halted monthly cycles. Normally I never take medications of any sort, not even aspirin. So I'm just going to say this was my only slip-up. Dax didn't mention medications in the ED handbook, but I'm sure the painkillers are very toxic.

I don't consider it as 'cheating' at all, I cannot always find everything I need and organic is much more expensive than processed. (Why is it it costs more NOT to put additives in ).

The dark chocolate Cacao shouldn't have as much rubbish as milk chocolate or candy chocolates available.

This is the second time I have followed the diet, and have lost 4-6 pounds in 6 days, so I must be doing something right. The diet in addition to Tabata training. Much quicker this time (2nd time following diet). If people cannot find Organic, or have to have a few canned ingredients they are more likely to stop following the diet. I know my trainer has not yet completed a full 30days. I am going to keep on as I am. Losing the weight.
