I have protein bar/powders when I dont have anything else or I can't be bothered to cook. :) Sometimes i make my own but the one Im using now is by a UK supermarket called sainsbury's. It's in their "health" line and very low cal. :)

Before I moved to England I had lived in my Toronto condo for 5 years and that entire time the bathroom had tape up around the edges for me to paint it... tape that I put up the day I was handed the keys and took posession. hahahaha.

I love Britters! The show was great and my huzbin even drank enough to have a dance with me. I payed a fortune for floor tickets so we were 20 feet from the stage. I'm wearing my tshirt today! :)

LOL! I know what you mean with overdoing it... I learned to only do 2 sets the first week every months when I change it up, its no fun barely being able to walk! :-)

Are your pants fitting better again or do you still feel like you are gaining instead of loosing???

I love weights. I love Olympic lifts. I love powerlifting. I dislike cardio (but I love activities, parkour & dancing especially).

Powerlifting totally changed the shape of my body and I dislike it so I'm hoping to slice of 3%-5% bodyfat (last reading was 17.5%) and atrophy a little bit of muscle in my calves and quads.

I miss my six-pack and my boney face.

130: Braised pork, lettuce, salsa, pinto beans (burrito stuff without a tortilla). Apricot.


Rolled my ankle again last night on my way to the tube station.

815am - 3 eggs scrambled with pepper, garlic salt and splash of soy milk. Apple.
1130am - 2 tiny apricots
2pm - Baby greens, carrots, celery salad with lemon grass/lime/chili dressing, chicken breast in spicy tomato marinara, tiny plum
5pm - 1 tiny apricot
830pm - 1/2cup blueberries, 1tbsp peanut butter while I made dinner
...9 - Chicken breast with garlic periperi sauce. Corn on the cob. Little Gem lettuce, spinach, cherry tomatos, carrots & celery salad with same dressing as above.

815: 2 eggs, splash of soy milk, garlic salt, pepper, on 2 low carb tortillas with roasted pepper and tomato sauce
11:15 Protein bar + TINY plum
130 (office lunch) - garlic & chili steak
430 - 2 tiny plums
7: 1/2 mango
930: chicken breast, corn on the cob, spinach salad with tomato & celery

Added another day of Run-Lunge-Run-Pushupx2 today. + 1min jumping jacks and took the dog for a 1 mile walk.
Both huzbin and I really dislike this circuit so that's probably good.

8am - 2 eggs scrambled with splash of soy milk, garlic salt, pepper, one 2 low carb tortillas, roasted pepper & tomato sauce

1130 - pear

1230 - Mixed baby greens, sliced carrot and celery salad. Chicken breast in home made marinara sauce on a low carb tortilla. Organic apricot.

4:00 - Another salad. 1 scoop whey in soy milk. Mango

730 - Chicken breast

12midnight after britney - 1 tbsp peanut butter

8:15 - 3med eggs scrambled on 2 low carb tortillas spread with roast pepper & tomato sauce
11:15 - ON Protein diet bar, pear
1:15 - Carrot, celery, spinach, rocket and watercress salad
3:30 - 121grams chicken breast on a lowcarb tortilla with half a chopped carrot and lime/lemongrass/chili dressing. Mango.
8:30 - 1/2cup lowcarb pasta, small venison steak all covered with huzbin's home made (from scratch) tomato pasta sauce

Best sauce ever. best huzbin ever.
