Things so far seem to be going ok. I have done this before so know I can do it again. I've turned down biscuits at work and have stayed away from all the naughty things I like to eat. I have been managing to fight my cravings. I discovered this lunchtime that i need to be a bit more careful about checking food labels though and have possibly been eating something that aren't actually Ed friendly like I thought.
