Nathalie, I am so glad to hear from you! Congratulations on the new job, that is great news. And the jewelry is selling too, wow, now you almost have too much going on! That's really great, I am happy for you!

So glad to hear you are doing great! I was worried when you didn't post anything anymore... I am not surprised to hear that your jewelry is selling, and I agree that you should ask more then 25 dollars! Get the website going, I think once you have that up with pictures and pricing etc. that you can sell a lot and make a living with jewelry. Yes, I would love to get a piece, so once you have more please send me pictures. Are you set up for pay-pal, or accepting credit cards? I don't think you want to rely on people sending you checks once you sell online....

South Beach? I think it is a very sensible diet after the first few weeks, which are basically low-carb. Great to hear you are sticking with it and seeing results! I think if you would have done the ED with the challenge you would have had outstanding results. Do you still work out?

since I was up at 4:30 am I thought I would go on this site and read some of the blogs and comments. I am a graduate of LGNC and also wanted to do it again this year, then I got picked for the 30 in 30..that's another story...you may follow my blog if you like I post it on the main blog site every day. I digress.....

When I started LGNC last year, I never ate yogurt, as I hated the taste, and today I do not use anything else...The first thing is I bought "Greek Yogurt" and not the low fat type, it has a better consistency and has a tangier taste to it...however eating it plain still is not my favorite thing to do..
Here is how I solved my sweet tooth...I made smoothies with the yogurt...
frozen fruit, a banana, and unsweetened apple sause, blend and it makes a double helping of smoothie, I eat 1/2 as a snack and then chill or freeze the other half for dessert. I also would cut up fruit and take 1/4 cup of plain yogurt and a few drops of vanilla for flavor, then toss the fruit with the mixture...it makes a nice light treat...

I also used the yogurt as a substitite for sour cream, when you make mashed potatoes use the yogurt instead of milk and sour cream and you have a dish no one will know the difference. Make up a big batch of potatoes and you can use a 1/2 cup and warm it and have with eggs in the am ( protein and bit of carbs) I make a shepards pie, using lean beef, fresh veggies and mashed up tomatoes,, top it with Mashed potatoes... I found that using Rice Pasta in place of regular pasta also works...I also found spagetti made with artichoke flour that now I use for tons of recipes.

Lastly I make a dish that I call goup...Extra lean ground beef, finely chopped up tomatoes with juice, seasoning( sea salt, pepper, herbs to taste,) I add fresh cooked green bean or whatever veggie your family likes..if too dry add a bit of beef boullion. when it is all bubbly, I add my cooked pasta and 1/2 cup or more of yogurt...it makes a great tasty dish...I serve this with a tossed salad.

Ok enough of that, my intent here is to share with you that I changed my entire method of cooking and not just for 90 days...I have kept this for over a year...Now doing the 30 in 30 was not so hard detoxing and getting my pantry ready... I did lose 30 pounds and kept it off for a year...You too can do this...I am sure I would have lost more but I was not diligent on the two workouts a day....Most of the time i did my two but if you stick religiously to his program it does work. you are only 7 weeks into this and another 5 to go...You will be amazed at what changes take place in the next 5 weeks...

Trying to find something to help me focus on my goal

Well today i did an inspirational poster to help me remind my goal and the progress i made so far. I did a poster with my before and now pictures. I just need to focus on what i really want. I wanted to share it with you. Hope it will give an idea to other who are having the same prblem than me!

how do you manage the POwer circuit?

Hello every one! I was wondering how you were managing to do the power circuit? I find this training pretty long. Im having trouble to do the last exercice. We have to do 80 and i cannot make more than 6. Is there something wrong with me?

Just want to know how you mamage that training thats all.

how do you manage to do the training completly????

Hi everyone! I dont know whats wrong with me... Im starting to have a lack of motivation for the training. Its starting to be to hard for me to do completly. Im feeling so unconfident right now. Im feeling like i cant accomplish something. I cannot make two IMT competly. Its too much for me. Its like my muscles do not respond anymore. And what about the dumbell matrix? Still in the journey...

Hello everyone. I missed you all. I was very busy those days. I had to do the presents for teachers of my sons. School will be ending next week. I made some necklaces in wire wrap. They are so gorgeous. I had trouble to let them go...

But dont worry im still in the journey. I did my workout every day. Not doing the detox diet because i did it in April.
