Life happens.... don't beat yourself up over it! Just make sure you come back to clean eating and hopefully your next "waves" will be much more successfull! Are you sticking to all your exercises? Good luck for the next 2 weeks! :-)

Your results with the wave diet are amazing, I finally started doing it too and am on day 2 now. Hopefully my results will be as great as yours!

Hi Laura and welcome back! 7 lbs despite vacation and busy work is pretty good! Seems like the wave diet is also helping you a lot now! Let us know how you are doing, as Melissa said we are so happy about anyone posting and going the journey with us!

Day 37

Well I gave blood this morning and they told me I am not allowed to lift or exercise tonight. Funny that Dax's email today was about excuses haha. I may see how I'm feeling, but hopefully I can get some of the workout in. Have people been doubling up the next day if they miss a workout, or just moving on and hoping for the best possible results?

Day 36

Well I screwed up on the second half of the wave diet last week. I went to a few baseball games over the weekend and was unable to eat every three hours and also eat fibrous carbs with every meal on the protein days. I am restarting today and am going to start again today and use for the next two weeks (hope this is okay) and then come off for 3 weeks while I am on vacation (but still stick to the ED).

Day 30

Protein Day #3. Fit in two workouts yesterday. Did my IMT in the morning and my evening workout. Did the indiv circuit this morning and hope to finish another workout tonight even though I'll be home late. Good luck to everyone who is trying the wave diet...I am loving it.

Day 29

Am on my second round of the wave diet, aka protein day #2. This cycle has been pretty easy for me to stick to, since I know that I can have a sweet potato or oatmeal and berries on Day #4 as a reward! I lost another pound and am waiting for my boyfriend to bring over his tape measurer so I can send new measurements.

Still having troublea doing the workouts twice a day for 7 days a week with my schedule, but I am taking it day by day and seeing what I can fit it. Some days I leave home around 8… Continue

Day 26

Haven't written in awhile.I didn't give up. Have been very busy at work and went on vacation to the shore for a couple days. During week 3 I was having trouble finding time to complete the workouts twice daily. I enjoy working out in the morning and getting it out of the way, but sometimes struggle finishing the 2nd workout when I get home from work or other activities late.
