Been a slacker Yay Day 31

I have been so busy lately with family school and Well life , I have not been bloging. Day 26 four days left

I will need instrucyion on what to do next . Yesturday went great no problems .

Day 25 olmost blew it

Well I think the last few day of this are hard for me I was at Whole Foods and seemed there was nothing I could have, every thing I picked up has some sort of sugar or gluten or veg oil. ogggg then I just said to myself oh well went home and made some indian dish it was good . it was a soup then I saw that it had butter in it ugggggg! home made home made thats what I should do . it was made at whole foods I dint reallt think it had eary other condition I just forgot about the butter. oh well I a… Continue

Today I went ahead and ate outmeal I missed it , I don't think it has gluten its organic good stuff. So yum .
breakfast
oats,cinnimin
sea salt,flax seed
Snack
grapefruit, buffalo
carrots, zuccini
Lunch
kidney beans, brown rice
jalapinos, spinach
yellow squash
Snack
2 X eggs
apple
Dinner

Day 21 Crsaving like crazy

I don't know if its craving but it is the munchies, I monthly has not come yet so I am wondering if thats why I have all the other singes so why not the mubnchies to. I do not get all the horrible things that you hear most women get but those small sings are here munchies are ushually not always but sometimes there. I have not had oat meal in three days ,could that be why I am craving food hmmmmm I do not know.
any way I am healing now so I will just keep eating great food and some walking.

Hi, thanks, I'm doing OK, except I have to take painkillers for period pains (and meds are toxic). I'd hoped the elimination diet would have an effect on this monthly hell, but no. Still, I'll have a good 28 days of perfect Elimination Diet between anyway. I'm eating all I want (around 2500 calories a day excluding the calories from vegetable and spices) and feeling very good and exergetic. I already ate organic and clean but cutting out caffeine has been the biggest difference for me. Feel more stable. But... my food bill has gone up, that's for sure.

Hey, many people are on their own particular trip here, that's very obvious. If you are on the ED just stick to the manual and don't worry about to what extremes others want to go to. Of course there are people who belive we should never gone down the road of grain cultivation as a species. But the main thing is to see how you feel. If you have no problems then no need to go creating one. That's my opinion. Dax says: eat oats. Eggy Oats.

I live in CA and travel all the time to the East...I use Melatonin 1mg at night to get to sleep so that when I have to be up 6 am EST... I am OK.. losing 3 hrs of sleep is really hard for me. Especially the second night... hard to get to sleep and even worse trying to wake up...Hope that helps
