Blogging Fell Behind 12 days left 30 in 30

I lost track of blogging since I have been so busy but have enjoyed reading everyone's posts. Great job everybody. We are all in this until the end. My scale showed down two pounds today. I hope that sticks or there is more until offical weigh in on Monday. Weekends are tough but I don't have to go anywhere this weekend so can control my food a little easier. Day 15 30 in 30

I am back from a weekend wedding. It was very difficult with the food situation. The first night we went out to eat and I was able to order salmon, vegetables, and a salad. The next morning I grabbed some hard boiled eggs and had chicken salad for lunch. That evening at the reception though there was nothing to eat. They actually served lasagna and some pasta with alfredo. There was salad and some burnt vegetables and luckily some nuts at the table but was at least hoping for chicken. Was pretty… Continue

Day 9 30 in 30

I snuck a peak at the scale and it was down. Hope I have good news on Thursday. I put on a pair of jeans I haven't had on since I started and they are way loose. I wish a trainer could explain this to me. My jeans look like a seven pound weight loss but the scale doesn't.

I am on track with getting things done but will be challenged through Sunday. I am working and teaching a lot of yoga and we go out of town for three days for a wedding. I will have time to work out and not worried about the f… Continue
