Today is the officail day 1 of ED, hopefully I will stick it out this time! I spent all weekend canning/freezing veggies. I"m so tired today but ready to clean up my act. I love exercise but its the diet that is holding me back from great results. I need to lose at least 45 lbs. So here goes...
