Day 5 all going well.

Morning of day 5, and everything going really well. Home scales show I have lost about 3-4 pounds (maybe slightly more, not very accurate, so will try Monday evening on gym scales).

Carb cycling works well, (carb free 4 days, carbs 1x day) and only managed a 12 hour fast on Saturday, then I really needed to eat something in the late afternoon. Still following ED, my weight seems to have levelled out now, not going up or down. My training programme keeps changing, which is working, I am more muscular now, which could explain the weight. Just fighting off a cold I picked up at work. PT session tonight. Doing the Turbulence 250/500 which is a bit hard but worth it (I hope).

Still here not so often.
