Hi there,
I am doing good, gained a few pounds after the 90 day LGN challenge, but that is fine. Still comfy in my size 6 though! Trying to make it to the gym every day, or do something at home, but I can't do the twice or even 3 times a day with work and family. I am not on the website that much anymore, it has been too quiet... Are you guys still all posting on the 30/30 group???

Hi Cyn
I am OK...after last week on site at the client and putting in 12 hr days I have been really tired. I am home based this week but still have work. I am catching up on sleep, but not much workout...seriously wiped out. Today is much better and still trying to get myself to do a workout, any workout. I am still staying ED friendly and I have not put on any weight..So all in all I am OK. next week I have a trip to Seattle WA, and Puerto Rico so much of my week will be on an airplane.. Al for 4 hr appt in Seattle on Tuesday and 4 hr appt in Puerto Rico on Thursday.

Hi Cyn!

Have used the Elimination Diet numerous times myself...I aim to live E Diet 'friendly' around 80% of the year.

As a Fitness Professional, like Dax, I also use the E Diet with clients during their first 30 days, and have seen some amazing changes to people's health, fitness, fat levels and medical conditions :)

Am a bit of a protein monster, and function really well on lean meats, fish, eggs etc, with plently of fresh veg thrown in...

Am currently getting into juicing and have felt fantastic benefits with energy levels. Am 7 days into current E Diet phase, so treated myself to a good Phillips juicing machine

Have been experimenting with loads of veg and fruit combinations and having a juice everyday...can well recommend it!

Well done again on you 30-in-30 results:)

I love the meltdowns too - short and intense! I had them in my routine for a long time, they are my "short on time" solution. There is a great newsletter with tons of Tabata workout videos, just type in "workout muse" in google, that should get you to a site with tons of ideas if you need.

week off felt good in one way, but I really started slacking off, so that was not good. At least I know that when the 90 days end I need to be careful.... but my body needed a little break!
We are back with more strenuous exercise then before, really challenging! Good luck for you with training for your race! Will you keep most of Dax's workouts??

I was brave and did the photos tonight. I can't believe the difference. I only lost eight pounds, but I look so different. I'm delighted that Dax had us do the pictures, it gives such a better frame of reference than our memories. Best wishes on your race preparation. That sounds like quite the challenge. With your dancer's legs, I'm sure you're up to it though.

Thanks for your comment. I'm feeling pretty exhausted this week. I guess 9 weeks of Dax Moy will do that to a person. I'm going to continue blogging, I have to take my end photos and I'll post those tonight or tomorrow. I'm a bit hesitant as I'm afraid they won't show a huge difference. Your pictures look great BTW. Let's keep in touch!

You're spot on with coming from a place where you're not getting hung up on JUST the scale weight...

I believe that the loss of inches, how you actually look in the mirror, along with how you FEEL (both physical and spiritually), are far more important as a measure of success :)

Well done on your results - you're a true inspiration to many of the other members on this forum :0)

WOW I am back from the field. It was a pretty intense month! 12 hour days and not much sleep. So as of June 17 I lost 18 pounds. Right now I am at 166 and have been fluctuating between 166 and 170. I really need to break through this plateau. I really want to get to 150 as that has been a goal for awhile. Anyways I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, so back to exercising 3 times a day! not sure what day it is

Back from the field! Had to stay out longer than I thought. Tired and sick of driving all over the country side. Did see some very cools sites though. So here are my stats in inches:
Chest 40
Hips 41
Waist 33
Thigh Left 24.5
Calf Left 14

Day 1 August 16

Well just came back from a short jog only 3 km was planning 5 km back the rain started coming down like crazy. I will submit before photos and measurements tomorrow!

2 rice cakes with a bit a peanut butter
2 boiled eggs
1 piece of sole
buffalo roast
carrots
potatoes
yellow beans

Tomorrow I am in the field so will be doing a ton of walking. We'll see how I feel after!
