Day 22 - Belinda's 30 in 30

Hi all,
In germany again, so just a quick update. Weighed myself yesterday and was 79.6kg which means a total weightloss to date of 4kg or 9lbs. I am thrilled. The fast clearly worked for me and am doing another one today. (may as well fast while I am in Germany!!)
Will update with all measurements when I am back on Wednesday!
If I could lose another 9kg I would be ecstatic. It is not going to happen in the next 9 days, but am going to stick to the program for another month I think!

Day 13 - Belinda's 30 in 30

Hi All,
Well I have been in Germany again this week so rather than do the carb wave and starve because there is no decent food there, I just stuck to the elimination diet.
The only day I didn't do all 3 workouts was on Tuesday when I flew in and managed 2. I was happy with that. Fairly uneventful 3 days, although doing the workouts in my un-airconditioned hotel room in my underwear would have been a sight indeed! Who cares, I was very hot and had to get it done.

Day 7 of Belinda's 30 in 30 - a little disappointing

Ok so i weighed myself at the gym after workout 2 and i have gone up a kilo! So am back to 80. Although I just bought some new scales and they say I am 81.6 - so am going to go with those from now on. I still think I have probably lost 1kg since beginning - just using different scales.

Day 6 of the 30 in 30 - Summary of the last few days - Results are surprising!

Hi all, well I am back in london and what a tough week it has been! Try starting a completely new diet and exercise regime when you are sent to the land of beer and sausages for a week. Crazy.
