Day 18 of 30 in 30 Challenge

Day 18 (July 9, 2009) of the Challenge!

Today I am exhausted. Didn’t sleep so well. I guess I really am getting nervous. The director told me they were almost sold out of tickets. That means over 700 people. Holy cow!! We are also going to tape a video, get a photo shoot in on the same day of the show!! I’ve got to try to quiet this mind of mine at night so I can sleep better.

Day 17 of 30 in 30 Challenge

Day 17 (July 8, 2009) of the Challenge!

Today I feel great. Slept better last night. I woke up around 5:30 am and did my first workout. I love love this workout. It’s not timed and I get to really take my time through the moves and enjoy the work. I went up a little bit with the weight. It was a challenge but I met my goal.

Day 16 of 30 in 30 Challenge

Day 16 (July 7, 2009) of the Challenge!

Today I feel good but exhausted. I woke up around 6:30 am and did my first workout. I did good time-wise but fell a little short for the goal I set myself for this morning.

After my workout, I did a little bit of stretching. I was running out of time so no Yoga or visualization.

I walked to work today (2 miles in 40 minutes using intervals). Shaved 5 minutes of my normal time so I am ecstatic.

Day 15 (July 6, 2009) of the Challenge!

Today I feel wonderful. I woke up around 5:30 am and did my workout. It was great. I can’t say it enough. I don’t understand how a workout can be short, intense and simple but yet hard as hell and leave you feeling and breathing as if you just finished an hour. Blogging Fell Behind 12 days left 30 in 30

I lost track of blogging since I have been so busy but have enjoyed reading everyone's posts. Great job everybody. We are all in this until the end. My scale showed down two pounds today. I hope that sticks or there is more until offical weigh in on Monday. Weekends are tough but I don't have to go anywhere this weekend so can control my food a little easier.
